Hypothyroidism: Eltroxin (levothyroxine) is used for hypothyroidism. If your TSH is 18, then you probably need an increase in dose of your eltroxin, although 100 mcg is probably enough to make you feel better, but a dose that normalizes your TSH will make you feel normal. Make sure you take it on an empty stomach and without hot liquids. See your doctor.
