How is the required dose of eltroxin or euthyrox is calculated after the thyroid total removal if now tsh is 2.25 , free t3 (liothyronine) is 2.4 & free t4 is 1.34?

Blood tests: Will indicate if your levels are normal after 6 weeks of taking these preparations on a daily basis. Your physician can adjust the dose up or down if the levels are not correct. Yours are currently normal.
