Hey there, the other day i held in a sneeze at the grocery store, now on my eye lid it looks like i have blown blood vessels. should i be worried?

Not usually: Most likely you have a sub conjunctival hemorrhage which spread to involve the lid and it will clear without treatment. If you have any discomfort or loss of vision you should have an examination to confirm the diagnosis
