Is that normal to b spotting and don't have cramps?

Is this occurring: when you would normally expect your period? If yes, a woman who normally experiences menstrual cramps doesn't necessarily have them every single period. If this is not when you would normally have your period - maybe you are having some breakthrough bleeding due to imbalance of estrogen and progesterone.
