I was going to bed at 7pm and got up at 4am and since i was 10, i go to bed at 10pm and get up at 6am. does that mean i have dsps? i cant go earlier.

Sleep patterns: At age sixteen, if you are getting 7-8 hours of undisturbed sleep per night, and the wake time does not interfere with school , it is probably sufficient. Melatonin can be helpful if you find getting to sleep difficult, but consult your healthcare provider to evaluate whether this might assist in your particular case.
