Not normal: Unless you are very aggressively trying to lose weight, this is not normal. Make sure you review this with your pediatrician sooner rather than later, as there are many reasons for people to lose significant weight unexpectedly. Best of luck.

No: A general rule of tumb for weight loss is 1lb per week. It is possible to lose more per week although other things could explain your weight discrepency such as different scales, water weight and clothing. It is best to weigh onself at the same time of day on the same scale
