Not laxatives: Hi. I'm sorry. That's a very difficult and demoralizing situation. There are 3 FDA approved weight loss drugs that you can discuss with you doc. Your BMI is 47.1. That would make you eligible for bariatric surgery. Your obesity has a high risk of harming your health if it hasn't already. But NOT laxatives! Good luck!
