Yes, but...: While most individuals with your symptoms have a viral illness, possibly with gastroenteritis, my concern would be the underlying disease state that requires the medications listed. Symptoms of adrenal insufficiency can also give similar complaints, with or without dehydration. Have you been fully evaluated by an endocrinologist and undergone tilt testing? Hypotension is best Rxed w/salt & fluids.
