COVID 19: The CDC has provided guidelines for COVID 19 testing at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/hcp/clinical-criteria.html. However, state & local health departments/ providers make actual testing decisions. People should call their health care provider if they believe they should be tested. My understanding is that health insurance is to pay for testing.
