Diagnose: What you really need now is a diagnosis. Why would a 30 yo have sever back pain with a normal MRI? It suggests it may be non musculoskeletal. Things like pancreatitis, ulcer disease, and a variety of medical conditions can cause back pain. You may need to start over with a detailed exam and further studies to explain the source of your pain. Then appropriate treatment can be given.
