Call doctor!: NSAID use is harsh enough on your gut. Depending on what antacid med he gave you can affect the pain level. Sometimes those that are calcium based cause a increased acid secretion to neutralize the calcium. He needs to hear about it before you develop an ulcer, or you'll have more on your hands that abdominal pain. You've given meds enough time after 4 days! Call her/him!
