Do not eat too late and too fast, chew your foods thoroughly and do not lie down within 2 hours after the dinner. Avoid gas producing foods such as beans, cabbage, peas, etc. (you can google "The Foods Most Likely to Cause Gas"). If needed, you can take Gas-X (OTC) with dinner.
