See derm: It could be a mucocyst or it could be a early skin cancer. The important thing is to be seen and if it is not a cyst or small inclusion cyst then a biopsy should be done to rule out an early skin cancer. I did not see your age or whether you smoked but if you have risk factors be seen soon
