Don't focus on detox: Focus on optimizing your health and weight. Flat abs predominantly come from a low body fat levels. To get you to that goal, you'll need to focus on eating healthy - focusing on colorful vegetables, fruits, and whole grains, but also watching your portion sizes(calorie control), remaining active(burning calories), sleeping well, staying hydrated and minimizing stress.

No.: People naturally get fat on their belly, so the abdominals are the last muscle to be easily seen through the skin. The septations in the muscle (the 'six pack') are a reminder that we evolved from segmented animals(worms!) If want your abs to show then exercise your core and maintain a thin body habitus. Check your BMI to get a guide on your optimum weight. No type of supplement helps.
