Can't say: It could be, but impossible to say. Four days before expected period is too early for a home test, it's guaranteed to be negative. Symptoms at this time could go with pregnancy but are not reliable either way. If pain is continuing or worsening you should be seen promptly, if not i'm afraid youl just have to wait to find out.
