DUB: Dysfunctional uterine bleeding (dub) is common and can be caused by many different conditions. Menopause is an example, which can be in the normal range for a 43 yo. An anovulatory cycle can be common as well, where one of your ovaries just does not secrete/release an egg, so you get no period. Stress, which you have and thyroid disease are also causes. Continue to get a work-up with your dr.
