Seditary life style for a year, i'm moving around a lot more. my joints are poping a lot more with little to no pain. will it go away?

Good for you!: Glad you are moving out of a sedentary lifestyle and are moving a lot more. Popping is showing that your joints are articulating (air space between joints). It will stop popping as your entire spine/muscles/tendons is decompressed and return back to normal. You may benefit from getting a second opinion from a DO, who can do a complete musculoskeletal medicine examination, treatment & relief.
