I have red bumps on the back on my tongue, there appears to be more coming. it feels as though there is something stuck on my.tongue etc.

Vague. see a dr.: Hard to say without having a thorough history, dietary diary and evaluation. I would see an ENT specialist or an oral surgeon asap.

See your dentist: The tongue naturally has bumps known as papillae and those on the back of the tongue are larger than those on the front. However, if the bumps on the back of the tongue appear to be growing or changing shape or color they should be investigated to determine what is wrong.
