Seeing a doctor? : If you haven't, you need to see your doctor right away. 1st to rule out is sleep apnea. What meds are you taking? Some may have insomnia as a side effect. Then treatment for the insomnia and anxiety/ocd is indicated. Please avoid energy drinks, tea, coffee, caffeinated beverages, chocolate, decongestants, alcohol and nicotine as these could worsen your symptoms.

Call a counselor: And get a team approach. Find a psychiatrist and an internal medicine doc who specialize in this and see them often till it gets under control.
