Yes: it will go away in a week. if you have pain, tender swelling or discharge, then see your physician

Considered normal: Yes, it is quite common for there to be a residual knot after getting vaccinations. It will resolve over time (can take up to weeks to completely go away). You can help it along with gentle massage/rubbing, and warm compresses.
