Yes: More importantly, talk to your surgeon about trying to "cure" you of Atrial fibrillation while you are undergoing CABG. Then you could potentially not need Tambocor (flecainide) nor Pradaxa if successful. Surgical MAZE procedure, or tying off the LAA some techniques used to reduce AF and/or risk of embolic events from AF. Get an electrophysiologist opinion too if surgeon needs prodding. Good luck w/ surgery.
