I believe i had mastroid pain(swelling a little&soreness) for a week..now the pain is gone.but under the masteoid there's a swollen pointy pimple/hump?

Cyst?: This is a common area to form small sebaceous cysts. They are formed from the oil/ hair folliclles in the skin. They often do not go away. Sometimes they can get infected and get larger or painful. You should see your doctor or an otolaryngologist for evaluation and treatment. They are often removed or excised.

You mean mastoid?: (if you mean infection of mastoid bone (mastoiditis), it is a serious infection, and needs to be treated by a doctor immediately, because the infection may spread to the membrane covering brain (meningitis) and to the brain itself.
