Focus areas: It is difficult to lose weight in specific areas, but if you want those body parts to look leaner, focus your exercise routine on your legs, i.e. squats and lunges. The most important thing though is to feel healthy, don't become preoccupied with how you look or the actual number on the scale, but eat right, exercise, get enough sleep and be confident in yourself.
