Lower Carbs: Fat and Protein are required by the body for fullness, and to keep your body from trying to "hibernate." Carbohydrates are actually not required by the body, although non-starchy vegetables are good for mechanically filling up the stomach, and provide other nutritional benefits. Try just 3 days without any carbohydrates except from non-starchy vegetables (no sugar, flour, rice, potatoes).
