hey guys. just stood, and got a horrible sharp pain in my lower back, circling around to the sides which is persisting. likely a pull/sprain?

Dr. Jason Rudolph

Very common: Most likely you strained your low back. Go with ice, ibuprofen and rest for a couple of days. If the pain persists for over 1 week or you develop leg pain, then see your doctor
