Sounds normal: Many women will experience high levels of fatigue. If you are feel these symptoms are worsening, get back with your doctor for reevaluation.

PPD?: Get yourself evaluated for postpartum depression immediately, and find a therapist who specializes in PPD issues. This is no way to live. Good luck.

Postpartum dep?: Well, first of all, babies are exhausting and recovering from pregnancy and childbirth takes awhile. However, it might be wise to be evaluated for postpartum depression, as well, which could be responsible for those symptoms.

This could very: well be related to having a baby, as in a longer version of post-partum phenomena. You said your thyroid is OK. Have you been to either an OB-GYN or Internal Medicine doc to check the other hormones? There are many to examine in these cases.
