My free T4 is 1.2 my TSH is 0.655. My doctor says it is normal, but I have bad symptoms. Brain fog can't drive extreme tired weight gain weak.
I am 36/female and having increased fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, increased depression and exhaustion. My GP order labs; my tsh is reported as 3.54 and my free T4 is 0.8, both say on my lab references these are within normal range, but are they?
22.5 weeks. Have low blood pressure. Tested for Anemia those results are normal. My TSH is 4.04 (normal range 0.32-4 ) my Free T4 is normal at 11. (Normal is 9-19). Does ever so slightly elevated TSH mean I have thyroid issues now this pregnancy?

Malar rash+fatigue, last CBC show slight up htc, rbc, normalt3, t4, tsh, c3, c4, urea, creatinine, ANA -ve, more epistaxis, I am panic bcuz rash like lupus rash
