No Risk, No Benefit: You may have localized swelling and pain at the injection site if you take a Flu shot twice, and I am sure your wallet will feel the loss of the co-pay for two shots -otherwise, you will be fine. Is there any particular reason you wish to take the Flu shot twice? Studies have not shown that additional doses within a 6 month period are helpful. Talk to your Doctor about your concerns.
