What are possible side effects to getting double the dose of flu vaccine?

Nothing specific: You increase the discomfort factor, and could intensify any side effect or allergic response if you were sensitive to any vaccine component. For most, this is a non-issue. You do not get an increase in protection or a bad reaction.
