A member asked:

My wisdom teeth are coming out and ive noticed that my teeth are getting crooked can it be the wisdom teeth pressing agains the others?

Yes: Most people don't have enough room in their mouths for wisdom teeth. So they can crowd the other teeth. A dentist can remove them, which may prevent more serious dental problems later on.

Actually, no: The wisdom teeth do not erupt with enough force to move the seven teeth located mesially to them. There are many other factors that go into the shifting of teeth over time.
