Yes: It is sometimes better to take them out while they are just forming. The roots have not fully developed. Without full development the procedure and healing time is faster. Hope this helps!

Yes: Yes. Not uncommon. If the wisdom teeth are coming in at that age, you should have an evaluation by an oral surgeon to determine if treatment is necessary.
