Vitamin D 3: The vitamin has been recommended in the treatment of acne. However, acne can get worse before it gets better. Give the vitamin more time to work. If no improvement, see a dermatologist after 4-6 weeks.

Want REAL treatment?: Vitamin D has no effect on acne. You may wish to take it for other reasons. There are excellent treatments for acne. They need 2 or 3 months or longer to see results. If you want help, stop fooling around and see a dermatologist.
