Back of head and hands keep going numb. no accidents or injury's what could it be?

Needs to be seen..: Since I don't know all the details and other symptoms associated with this numbness neither I know the time frame this has been going on for I would suggest that if this is recent go to the ED for immediate evaluation. This could be related to a pinged nerve, stroke, brain lesion, infection, among others.
