I have fibroids. what natural ways can i reduce bleeding during my period?

I dont: really know of any natural ways. But, fibroids are rarely associated with bleeding unless they are submucosal meaning they sit directly under the blood lining of the uterine cavity. I would need more info to help give more guidance
