Several things: Hi. Either you're having intravascular hemolysis and hemoglobin's coming out in the urine, or there are red cells in the urine that measure as urinary hemoglobin. I'd recommend a urine analysis with microscopic evaluation to see if it's reproducible. If no RBCs in urine, Check serum free hemoglobin and haptoglobin, and have a pathologist look at a peripheral blood smear. Good luck!
