Details...: Hgb is a measure of your blood count; >12.5 is nl:you're anemic. Pa mean pressure of 10.8 is normal. Fa is not a standard abbreviation: i suspect you mean ra. Normal is <8 thus you're a little high. Impossible to comment further without more context.
