Get checked out: Difficult to assess on this site what could be happening. The fever and abdominal distension concerns me. I would suggest you see a physician ASAP to have a ruptured appendix ruled out. Go now! PS. I love Jamaica!!

Infection: It appears you have an abdominal infection which may have been transmitted while you were on vacation abroad. A lot of times, it's a simple virus that runs its own course, however sometimes it's more serious. If yoy are having any associated diarrhea and/or vomiting along with the fever, you may also become dehydrated. You should contact your doctor and have a plan ready if you worsen clinically.
