Several conditions: Thus a through evaluation is appropriate and indicated to discern whether this is arthritis, tendinitis fibromyalgia, lyme disease amongst others.A Rheumatologist would be an excellent place to begin with imaging and tests to rule out arthritis like syndromes. Physical or Aqua therapy may also be in order.
