If the question: is can a migraine present on both sides of the head the answer is yes, but this is an unusually presentation. Most often common migraine presents on one side. Basilar migraine can present in the back of the head on both sides usually associated with loss of vision and ability to speak. Common migraine may alternate sides from headache to headache. Classic migraine is preceded by an aura.
