How effective is sprintec? is it a good in preventing pregnancy? are the hormone levels high?

Sprintec: is a combination OCP with estrogen and progesterone. It is very, but not 100%, effective, just like all other oral contraceptives. It produces hormone levels similar to other preparations of contraceptives.
