Beta hcg: if your ultrasound showed an empty uterus are they repeating the ultrasound in a couple of days? By repeating the scan it would verify that indeed your uterus is empty. The fibroids are an incidental finding. Many women have fibroids and never know. If they are not causing any symptoms then there really is nothing to do about them unless they fill the uterine cavity. You would have been informed.
