Hard to say: your baby is somewhat protected still by moms antibodies that he got in utero. Your baby may be fine, may get a milder case. Watch your newborn for the development of fever. Call your pediatrician if it occurs.

Possibly: The incubation period is around 7 days, and the onset usually involves a fever and redness of the cheeks followed by a lacy rash. The underlying cause is a virus and most cases are self limited. The baby has an under developed immune system but during your pregnancy received a transfer of your antibodies. If there is any change including temperature elevation, I would advise close follow up.
