I have two babies in 3 yrs of mrg,my hubby live abroad n visit hme aftr a year fr a month or 2 i want gap nw fr atleast 3 yr,which contraception is ok?

Injection or pills: If you only need contraception for a couple of months, you could use Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone). One injection when you are on your period and pregnancy will be prevented for 3 months. You could also use Birth Control Pills.
