This series: Of findings suggests heart failure or fluid in lungs called pulmonary edema. Both of these are serious and you may be short of breath. Sometimes lungs can look like this in overweight or obese patients who don't have a serious problem. Discuss findings with your doctor.

Did you mean: WITHOUT evidence of cephalization or edema? If so, "mild" accentuation of central bronchovascular markings may simply be normal for you. However, you should discuss the findings with your doc to be sure.
