Feedback on my x-rays says prominence of bronchovascular markings noted in the lower zones of both lungs and could be compatible with bronchitic changes in the appropriate clinical settings this after heavy chest pains and struggle breathing ?

Translation = these are non-specific findings that allow the ordering doc to consider bronchitis as a possibility if symptoms are suggestive. The findings could also be from someone not taking a deep breath for the x-ray. In short, the wording is not specific to any diagnosis or no diagnosis.
