120/80: This is considered normal blood pressure for adults. Many people, especially young females, could have lower blood pressure than this which would also be considered normal. Low blood pressure is not a concern unless you have associated dizziness/fainting. High blood pressure at this age would be over 135/85 to 90 mm Hg.
