Yes: Your BP looks low for your age. However if you don't have any symptoms like dizziness or vertigo or abnormal pigmentations of the body you don't need to worry. That BP might be normal for you.

It depends: If you don't have any symptoms of dizziness, lightheadedness, or extreme fatigue, it is probably ok. BP varies with people's body size and level of activity. Highly conditioned athletes will typically have a lower resting blood pressure and pulse. If it is of concern, i would log your blood pressure at home and discuss it with your regular doctor.

How are you feeling: If you are lean active and have no symptoms such as short of breath, dizziness especially standing up, light headed standing up then this is fine. Slight hypotension can be an asset and probably normal for you. There are other factors as well if you have lean arms and a cuff for a larger person was used the reading would be artificially low.
