No: Nausea and vomiting in pregnancy is just reassuring that you still have the pregnancy hormone in your system. 75% of women do not have vomiting in pregnancy. 85% of women do not miscarry.

NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT.: Some women has vomiting in pregnancy and some do not. Others have vomiting so severe it may require hospitalization and feeding through an iv line. It's a spectrum between no symptoms to very severe symptoms. Women without symptoms are no more likely to miscarry than those with symptoms. Matter of fact, those with severe symptoms may be more likely to miscarry from complications than those without
