Buspar (buspirone): is an excellent though mild anxiolytic. Passion Flower, Lemon Balm, Humulus lupulus (Hops) Valerian & Chamomile may help. Although Kava Kava may help it has potential to cause liver damage. Lavender & chamomile essential oils (not ingested) are also calming.
