CBT therapy: Especially if it is relatively isolated to situations like this that, while errorenous, make some sense, therapy where you can learn skills to avoid, reduce and manage anxiety is what I'd urge. Medications do work for symptom relief in some but they don't change the fact that you have problems living your life. It's a great value! Learn to live better.
